Made for Eternity invites you to a rejuvenating virtual experience of fitness, meditation and motivational discussion. This interactive session will empower and inspire you to break free from limitations, embrace a healthy lifestyle fueled by self-love and experience peace during a time of unrest and uncertainty. Real change begins when we transform our thoughts, habits and actions to reflect and influence the change we want to see in the world.

The featured speaker for the event will be Kamila McDonald, founder and CEO of The WellFit Club, Author, and Health and Fitness coach. Kamila will guide us through a 30 minute HIIT workout (for all fitness levels) and spiritual meditation followed by a motivational talk. She will share her inspiring story of self-discovery and how her health and fitness struggles led to the birth of a transformative program built on the philosophy that a healthy lifestyle begins with a sound emotional and spiritual foundation.

HOW TO PREP

Here’s what you’ll need:

– Comfy workout attire
– Water to stay hydrated
– An open mind and heart

 
 

POST-WORKOUT

To maintain your high level of good vibes after attending Awaken Your True Identity, make this delicious and energy boosting post-workout green smoothie.

Ingredients

– 1 banana, peeled and sliced

– 1 inch piece* of fresh ginger, peeled

– 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach

– 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

– 1/2 cup coconut water

– 1/2 cup almond milk

– 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender.  Pulse until smooth.

Serve immediately, sprinkled with extra chia seeds on top, if desired.

If the smoothie is too thick, you can add in more coconut water to thin it out.  Or if it is too thin, you can add in a handful of ice.
